Ah yes, pleasant memories....thought I'd impress my then-fiancee by taking her on an exotic drive through the mountains.
Only catch was....right in the middle of it all, she got car sick.
And let me tell you, that's a good road to be on when you're car sick, because it's mile after mile of hairpin turns either way you go.
We slowly but surely made it out of there, but I vowed to myself "nie immer," which for those of you who don't speak German, "nunca jamas," and for those of you who don't speak Spanish either, that means "never again."
